These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Sentry Transportation LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including limousine reservations, bookings, and related services in Naples, Florida. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided
Sentry Transportation LLC provides professional limousine and transportation services, subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

2. Reservations & Payments
• All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorized booking partners.
• A valid credit card or other approved payment method is required at the time of booking.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed reservations will not be affected.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
• Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made [Insert Policy: e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within [Insert Policy: e.g., less than 24 hours] may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Company Cancellations: If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle issues, weather, etc.), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• No-shows or failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location may be charged in full.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing accurate booking details (pickup time, location, flight numbers, etc.).
• Ensuring all passengers comply with safety rules and local laws (e.g., seat belt use).
• Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers during service.
• Not engaging in prohibited behaviors such as smoking, consuming illegal substances, or abusive conduct toward drivers.

5. Waiting Time & Additional Charges
• Grace period: [Insert policy, e.g., 15 minutes] waiting time is included. Additional waiting time may be charged at the standard hourly rate.
• Tolls, parking fees, and extra stops may be billed separately.

6. Liability & Limitation

• We are not liable for missed flights, connections, or appointments due to circumstances outside our control.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service booked.

 

7. Alcohol & Conduct Policy
• Alcohol may be consumed in vehicles where permitted by Florida law. Customers must comply with all regulations.
• Disorderly, unsafe, or illegal behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or public emergencies.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Collier County, Florida.
